Chloë Wright
I was at a point where everything started to feel a bit mundane, like everyone around me was moving forwards but I was standing still and left behind. I was 25, living with my parents, overweight, some credit card debts which just wouldn’t go away, studying (and very bored of it!), single and my confidence at an all time low.
A friend recommended life coaching and gave me Happy You details to find out more. I’d not heard of it before so I was slightly sceptical.
I spoke to my coach, Sophie, who not only explained the process and how everything worked, but was also really friendly and seemed to understand me perfectly. Even after session one I felt very motivated and eager to get started.
The coaching helped me to work out what was important to me, what things I wanted to change and also how/why some of my own actions were stopping me from having all the things I thought I wanted.
Now, 6 months on, I’ve already achieved so much. It’s not always easy but having Sophie there to support and guide me really has been the reason for my success. Having someone to report to certainly keeps me on my toes!
I have cleared my debts, just about to move into my first ever home AND 2 stone lighter!! Sophie helped me to see the value in my studying too and although you’ll still hear me moan every now and then, I’ve looked at it in a different way. Using it to highlight which areas of my career I’m most interested in and how I can use it to get the most out of my job. I am still single, but I know Mr Right is out there waiting for me, and when I’m ready, I’ll find him!
I can honestly say that without Happy You and Sophie’s help, I would still be feeling the same way I did. I’m very proud of everything I’ve done this year and wouldn’t have done it without Sophie.
I now have the confidence to achieve all the things I want from life!
